Mission

At Bridor, we combine French bakery expertise with bold international ambition. As our Technical Advisor in North China and Mongolia, you'll be much more than a product expert: you'll be the culinary partner who inspires customers, develops tailored bakery solutions, and helps drive sustainable business growth across one of our most dynamic markets.

Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and R&D teams, you'll bring premium bakery and viennoiserie products to life through demonstrations, training sessions and customer innovation projects.

Overview of the main responsibilities :

• Lead technical training and product presentations for both internal sales teams and external clients.
• Provide professional technical support and guidance for bread, pastry and laminated dough production, covering product formula adjustment, craftsmanship optimization, taste standardization and texture improvement.
• Communicate and coordinate with overseas technical teams (French team), conduct bilingual technical communication, translate technical documents, process specifications and production standards.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and operational guidance for clients in coordination with the sales team according to the agreed schedule.
• Participate in the planning, setup, and on-site interpretation of industry exhibitions and commercial display events to enhance the brand's professional image.
• Technical support north region and Mongolia clients.

Profil

• College degree or above in Food Science, Baking Technology, Culinary Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in French and English, capable of fluent technical communication and document translation.
• Solid professional experience in bread and pastry baking, proficient in laminated dough, pastries and classic European baking craftsmanship.
• Familiar with frozen dough production, industrial baking process, quality control, and shelf-life stability management.
• Strong problem-solving ability, able to quickly locate and resolve technical anomalies in mass production.
• Rigorous working attitude, good teamwork and cross-department communication capability.
