• Takes full ownership for ensuring continual safety, quality, and productivity improvement in responsible areas.
• Collaborates effectively with Process Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Technical Advisors, and Shop Floor Technicians.
• Leads identifying areas for improvements and optimizations based on the Operational Excellence Framework.
• Applies the acquired knowledge in the workplace through Kaizens.
• Checks product quality and takes necessary actions according to SOP and OCAP flow in production.
• Follows plant and area rules in all EHS/safety processes and maintains 5S in the workplace.
• Follows plant and area rules to complete necessary trainings and related qualifications.
• Supports the operation team in training, consumables/tools management, and new material setups.
