Technical Advisor (U.S.)

Our client is seeking a technical advisor to improve the heat stability and competitiveness of a powdered or granulated enzyme product for animal feed. The advisor will provide practical guidance to the internal research team throughout development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the current research direction and proposed product development approaches.
• Advise on formulation, thermal stabilization, and manufacturing processes for powdered or granulated enzymes.
• Identify promising technical options, potential pitfalls, and approaches unlikely to deliver results.
• Recommend next steps and serve as an ongoing technical sounding board for the research team.

Qualifications:

• Direct experience developing heat-stable powdered or granulated enzymes for animal feed (required)
• Practical industry or research expertise in enzyme formulation, thermal stabilization, and manufacturing processes (required)
• Ability to assess development approaches and translate technical expertise into actionable recommendations (required)
• Experience advising or mentoring research and product development teams (preferred)

Duration: Approximately 6–12 months

Time commitment: approximately 10 hours/week
