  • Building strong relationships with customers, contractors and industry stakeholders.
  • Attending trade shows, supplier events and industry functions as required.
  • Monitoring market activity and providing technical feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate technical records and reporting through company systems.

About you:

You are a practical problem solver who enjoys working with people and finding solutions.

You have a genuine interest in construction products and enjoy being out on customer sites, diagnosing issues and helping customers achieve the best outcome. You communicate confidently, build strong relationships and are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with your team.

You will bring:

  • Experience in technical support, construction products or a related industry.
  • Knowledge of waterproofing, flooring or construction systems (highly regarded).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on site.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence.
  • The ability to travel regularly throughout Queensland.

Benefits:

Join an energetic, people-focused company that celebrates success and supports professional growth.
