• Participate in innovation project to develop & validate non-standard analytical methods: to develop analytical methods for new technology characterization of its properties and performance.
• Develop the new product pretreatment methods and execute it independently.
• Be responsible for analytical instrument operation, data analysis.
• Be responsible for analytical lab management and instrument maintenance.
• Draft formal method development & validation reports and standardized SOP documents.
• Work closely with innovation team to establish new product specifications and testing methods.
• Work with QC team to support innovation production quality control.
• work with global analytical team to exchange know how and learning from each other. Key requirements:
• Master’s degree or above in Analytical Chemistry, fine chemicals, fragrance& flavour, pharmacy or related chemistry.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in lab instrument testing methods and internal method development, experience in fragrance and flavour industry and fine chemistry is a plus.
• Proficient in the operation and data analysis of GC-MS, SPME, TGA, HPLC , UV, FTIR, HNMR, etc.
• Independent R&D capability for sample pretreatment technologies and non-standard detection methods, with practical experience in full-process method design and validation.
• Strong self-commitment, hard-working and brave to challenge.
• Good learner and sensitive to science and innovation.
• Good team worker and good communication skills.
• Good at both writing and verbal English.
