Technical Analyst- API Integration

Role Overview

The Senior Technical Analyst – Software Delivery & Implementation will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end delivery execution across complex integration, application, and modernisation initiatives. This role demands a highly skilled professional who can seamlessly bridge technical architecture, solution design, SDLC governance, and cross‑functional delivery management.

You will lead technical requirement analysis, oversee integration across microservices and legacy systems, coordinate with internal/external partners, and ensure successful production implementation of high‑quality, compliant, and scalable software solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who brings strong hands‑on technical depth along with proven delivery management experience in high‑stakes enterprise environments such as Banking, Fintech, or Payment Systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical & Integration Leadership

• API & Integration Design:
• Analyse, design, and govern API‑based integrations using REST and SOAP across distributed systems.
• Data Contract & Payload Validation:
• Review schemas, validate JSON/XML payloads, and perform deep SQL queries in PostgreSQL to ensure data accuracy and cross-system alignment.
• Microservices Alignment:
• Work with architects to define microservice boundaries, enforce structure adherence, and maintain low coupling across services.
• Technical Impact Assessment:
• Evaluate architecture changes, system dependencies, and enhancement proposals for delivery feasibility and integration impact.

2. Delivery Governance & Implementation Ownership

• End‑to‑End SDLC Oversight:
• Own delivery from requirement analysis to UAT sign‑off, deployment coordination, and production rollout.
• Release & Implementation Management:
• Plan, sequence, and drive releases across multiple streams while ensuring readiness, environment alignment, and post‑deployment stability.
• Technical Risk & Dependency Management:
• Identify bottlenecks early, manage cross‑team dependencies, and proactively mitigate integration and data-related risks.
• Process Excellence:
• Enforce disciplined delivery using Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies depending on project needs.
• Methodologies & Tools
• Proven experience driving SDLC across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.
