Experience translating business requirements into practical technical solutions, evaluating different approaches and communicating recommendations to stakeholders
Proven ability to manage both operational support responsibilities and project delivery commitments, including resolving complex technical issues and implementing solutions that utilise AI
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, gather requirements effectively, and work autonomously to deliver successful outcomes.
