Technical Analyst

Educational Qualification

• Master s or Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science or any relevant field.
• Extensive experience in technical analysis in a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
• Business acumen in order to better understand the needs of the clients and cater effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Building, designing, examining, and implementing a structured IT system/application.
• Meeting with and building relationships with stakeholders in order to understand and meet their requirements.
• Research and prepare for new technology (something that is new to Cyntexa) if the client mentioned in the requirement.
• Eliciting requirements using interviews with stakeholders, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, business scenarios, task and overflow analysis and reverse engineering.
• Develop an architectural solution that aligns with the client s requirements and propose potential improvements
• Assist the seniors with pre-sales calls to get exposure and client-handling experience.
• Planning, monitoring, organizing, and overseeing IT projects
• Running tests or investigations on system or application issues and being able to provide solutions within a timely manner
• Creating reports to share with stakeholders and senior-level employees
• Communicating with various teams including Developers and IT Managers in order to build and implement technology solutions
• Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs, and applications across departments.
• Monitoring product licenses and ensuring compliance with IT industry regulations.
• Utilize the defined time estimation technique to prepare estimates for project requirements.
• POC creation, review and ownership.
• Conduct and facilitate standup meetings for the development team to resolve issues that the team members are facing in their work.
• Implementing new advancements in the field of system and enterprise architecture.
• Being aware of the latest technology trends and developments
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and workflows, ensuring clarity for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Develop and conduct user training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in using new systems, applications, or features.
