Technical Analyst, Data Analytics and Optimization Projects

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain an agentic analytics platform using multiple autonomous agents (e.g., chatbot) for data analysis and report generation.
• Build user-facing UIs (chat interfaces, dashboards and report views) for agent interactions and results.
• Define agent workflows, orchestration and tool-invocation patterns for multi-step analytics tasks.
• Convert business needs into data models and aggregation rules the agents use.
• Integrate LLMs, agent frameworks and backend systems; recommend AI tools.
• Create prompt templates, UX flows and guardrails to ensure reliable and explainable outputs.
• Monitor agent performance and data quality; iterate with product and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 2-4 years’ working experience on Enterprise application development with supervisory exposure in software development
• Proficient with Node.js, React, Spring Boot, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis and RabbitMQ is a plus.
• Experience with agentic AI (building user‑facing autonomous assistants) or AI‑assisted developer tooling is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Team player with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities and a willingness to take on challenges.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (specify Cantonese or Mandarin if required).
