Technical Analyst (Desk Side Support)

Role: Technical Analyst

Type: 3 Month Contract (Opportunity for extension)

Location: Saint John, NB OR Frederickton, NB

Rate: $31-$33/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

Device imaging and deployment

Software installation and support

Gathering information and requirements from clients

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Physical setup, removal, and exchange of desktop equipment

Tracking and reporting daily work

Other technical duties within skillset as assigned by the team lead or manager

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• IT diploma or equivalent post-secondary education
• 2+ years of recent and relevant IT support experience
• Strong customer service experience
• Hands-on experience providing onsite support for users and devices
