Technical Analyst, FRCS

About the role

Provide specialised technical expertise to support the integration, operation, and optimisation of FRCS platforms across domains such as Legal, Fraud, Compliance, Audit, and other function-specific systems, ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient end-to-end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations for function-specific platforms (Legal systems, Fraud monitoring tools, GRC solutions, compliance applications, etc.)
• Manage APIs, middleware workflows, and data transformations to support business needs
• Monitor interface health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely issue resolution
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and integration inventories for assigned platforms
• Support upgrades, patches, release cycles, and regression testing
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory compliance (e.g., audit controls, legal requirements, risk mandates)
• Collaborate with Legal, Fraud, Compliance, Risk, and Audit teams to validate data accuracy and system behaviour
• Identify automation and optimisation opportunities within specialised functions
• Participate in CAB reviews, incident reports, and post-implementation validations
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, IAM, and Security teams to ensure system stability and access integrity

About you

• 3–7 years of experience in technical systems support or integration roles
• Experience supporting specialised applications (Legal, Fraud, GRC, Compliance, Audit)
• Hands-on integration experience using APIs, middleware, and automation tools
• Strong understanding of data structures, workflow logic, and system interdependencies
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver stable technical solutions
