Technical Analyst - OpenSearch with AI

Role & responsibilities

Search Platform Management Monitor and manage LK-EA Website

Search and AI Search platform operations.

Track search performance, search relevance, indexing health, and search availability.

Support OpenSearch/Elasticsearch indexing and search optimization ac-tivities.

Monitor content synchronization and ingestion pipelines.

AI Search Operations Monitor AI-generated search responses and validate answer quality.

Support training data preparation and knowledge-base maintenance.

Perform prompt testing and AI response validation.

Identify incorrect or outdated responses and coordinate corrective actions.

Analytics & Reporting Analyze user search behavior, top

search trends, no-result searches, and search success metrics.

Build and maintain AWS/OpenSearch dashboards.

Technical Monitoring Monitor APIs, indexing pipelines, search services, and platform health.

Track AI usage metrics, LLM interactions, token consumption, and operational KPIs.

Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for search-related

issues.
