Technical Analyst, Site Reliability

Responsibilities:

• Support and manage business service reliability, availability, and operational risk across enterprise applications and platforms.
• Assist in maintaining and improving service level objectives (SLO), service level agreements (SLA), and operational resilience practices.
• Participate in incident management, major incident coordination, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure critical services meet availability and recovery objectives.
• Contribute to observability, monitoring, automation, and AIOps initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Preference in AI Agent / MCP (Model Context Protocol) development and Agentic AIOps initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3 years or above experience in IT operations, application support, infrastructure support, system engineering, or software development.
• Strong understanding of IT service management, incident management, problem management, and change/release management processes.
• Knowledge of Reliability Engineering (SRE), Observability, Monitoring, SLA/SLO, and Production Readiness Review (PRR) concepts is an advantage.
• Experience with automation and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Shell Script, or similar technologies is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese. Putonghua is an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered
