Position: Technical and Admin Engineer

The Technical and Admin Engineer is responsible for providing Level 1 technical support to doctors, end-users and clients of PraxisMed Technologies. The role involves initial troubleshooting, technical inquiry management, service coordination, documentation, and administrative support to ensure efficient delivery of technical services.

The position also assists in monitoring service requests, coordinating with Technical Service Engineers (TSEs), and maintaining accurate records of equipment, software licenses, and departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Level 1 Technical Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries and service requests, providing initial assessment, basic troubleshooting, and proper documentation of reported issues.

2. Technical Services Coordination

• Manage the service ticketing system, monitor pending requests, and follow up on assigned tasks with Technical Service Engineers (TSEs).

3. Technical Documentation

• Maintain and organize service reports, installation records, preventive maintenance documents, and troubleshooting logs.

4. Equipment and License Monitoring

• Maintain trackers for demo units, rental equipment, and test tools; monitor preventive maintenance schedules and software license validity.

5. Quotation and Administrative Support

• Prepare and send quotations for parts, labor, and other technical service requirements in accordance with company procedures.

Qualifications:

• Female only
• Graduate of Electronics Engineering
• Must have an ECE and ECT license
• Has knowledge in the assembly, installation, configuration, service of medical related equipment, computer and use of test instruments.
• Proven good communication skills, with good command of the English language.
• High energy, positive outlook and professional bearing.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
