Technical & Business Development Executive to CMD

Required Skills & Competencies

• Engineering qualification – B.E./B.Tech. preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in an engineering/EPC/manufacturing/project-oriented organization.
• Good understanding of engineering terminology and ability to read technical documents.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with senior clients, vendors and consultants.
• Ability to connect quickly with new people and adapt to new environments.
• Strong personality with professional etiquette and maturity.
• Ability to initiate conversations.
• Good listening and questioning skills.
• Ability to understand technical requirements even when the discussion is not deeply technical.
• Good presentation and meeting-management skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel and professional email communication & updated with use of Social Media platform.
• Willingness to travel with CMD for client meetings, exhibitions, seminars and project-related visits.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
