Technical & Business Development Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Identify potential customers, including QSRs, restaurant chains, and food manufacturers
• Introduce and promote the company's food ingredients, coatings, seasonings, and batter system products
• Provide basic technical advice and product recommendations based on customer needs
• Work with the R&D and Sales teams to improve products based on customer needs
• Prepare customer visit reports, sales updates, and business development plans for management
• Assist in achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Business Development, or a related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in food ingredients, coatings, seasonings, batter systems, or related industries
• Experience dealing with QSRs, restaurant chains, and food manufacturers
• Good understanding of food ingredients, frying applications, and product development
• Good communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills
• Able to work independently and cooperate with different departments
• Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel locally and overseas when required
