What they need
- Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical), or any relevant degree qualification
- 1 to 2 years of work experience in O&G preferably with Upstream – drilling / completion / intervention background.
- Fresh graduates with good grades and from reputable universities can also be considered.
- Good writing and communication skills in English. Able to work in a MNC environment.
- Support the Supervisor in day-to-day operations and project execution.
- Attend to customers' enquiries and prepare proposals.
- Plan and participate in periodic Forecast and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Meetings with Customers.
- Support analysis between demand forecast, latest inventory and mill capacity.
- Coordinate with customer to review customer owned inventory and confirm the forecast demand. Discuss deviations from original forecast with drilling engineers.
- Obtain individual well design and drilling schedule from customer. Provide proposal and cost estimation for string design.
- Liaise with Site Coordinator and Inventory Controller to determine allocations of specific material requirements for each well.
- Regularly update Operations Team with drilling schedule status to proactively plan for onshore preparation.
- Monitor and update operations status in dashboard and planning software and make the information available upon request.
- Analyze data and present the detailed analysis to customers as and when requested.
