Technical & Financial IT Specialist

We are looking for a Technical & Financial IT Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting and improving IT services within a dynamic financial environment.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

• Support and manage IT services and operational processes in a financial environment
• Work closely with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Contribute to IT automation, monitoring, incident and service management
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service reliability
• Work with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Ansible and Dynatrace
• Ensure IT processes and services follow ITIL best practices
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and financial/business stakeholders
• Analyse issues, coordinate solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🛠️ What we’re looking for

• Experience in IT Operations, IT Service Management or a similar technical environment
• Understanding of financial services / banking environments is highly valued
• Hands-on or working knowledge of:
• ServiceNow
• Jira
• Ansible
• Dynatrace
• Good understanding of ITIL principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluent English communication skills

Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Ansible and Dynatrace will be a strong advantage.

👉 ITIL certification or experience is a plus, but not a must-have — training and certification can be provided by the company.
