Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical & Planning Coordinator Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UAE construction industry, with experience in technical coordination, project planning, and progress monitoring.

The role is primarily office-based, with regular coordination with project sites and periodic site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical activities between the head office, project sites, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules and follow up on progress against approved plans.
• Coordinate with project teams to verify actual site progress and reporting.
• Follow up on project material requirements with Procurement and Stores.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6.
• Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to conduct periodic site visits.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED9,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
