Achieve individual and team sales targets while promoting upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Process transactions through the POS system and ensure accuracy in billing.

Monitor inventory of technical products and report low stock or discrepancies.

Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and organization of the store.

Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and new technologies.

Handle customer concerns, returns, or warranty-related issues promptly and professionally

Collaborate with the team to meet overall store goals and ensure excellent customer service.
