- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Cementaid products, systems, and technologies.
- Build strong understanding of the construction and concrete industries, including competitor products and market trends.
- Continuously upgrade technical, digital, and sales skills required for the role.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prospect, create, develop, and maintain a strong portfolio of personal customers.
- Consistently grow personal sales performance above agreed targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and sustained value delivery.
- Train, assist, develop, and supervise assigned sales, technical, site, or support personnel.
- Support colleagues in achieving their performance objectives.
- Maintain a strong team-oriented approach across departments.
- Represent Cementaid at conventions, seminars, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
- Submit timely reports as required by management.
- Ensure careful planning to maintain cost-effective operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and company representation.
- Execute all reasonable instructions from management accurately and promptly.
