Technical Application Engineer

About the role

This role involves delivering comprehensive technical presentations, product demonstrations, and company profile reviews to prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders in the B2B CCTV and electronic security sector. You will act as the primary technical bridge between the sales team and clients, providing tailored solution designs, system configurations, and pre-sales technical advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Company Profile reviews to prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders (B2B)
• Act as the primary technical bridge between the sales team and clients, providing tailored solution designs, system configurations, and pre-sales technical advisory
• Explain complex product specifications, features, and advantages of CCTV and electronic security systems in a clear, client-friendly manner
• Work closely with the sales and project teams to ensure seamless alignment from initial proposal, technical scoping, to project execution
• Provide tier-1 technical support and troubleshooting guidance for CCTV installations and related hardware/network systems when required

About you

• In-depth knowledge of CCTV systems, IP/Analog cameras, NVR/DVR configurations, networking basics, and electronic security solutions
• Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong negotiation, consulting, and customer relationship management (CRM) skills
• Ability to assess client site requirements and formulate efficient, cost-effective technical solutions
• Professional proficiency in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• Minimum 1 year of proven working experience specifically in the CCTV industry, security systems, or IT/Network infrastructure
• Familiarity with major CCTV brands, hardware specifications, and current security technology trends
• Based in Surabaya, East Java
