Technical Application Engineer

A leading global MNC committed to delivering sustainable solutions for water challenges is actively looking to hire a Technical Application Engineer to join the Bangkok office in a permanent position, reporting directly to the Country Manager.

The role focuses on providing technical guidance and application support to customers, ensuring the right products and solutions are selected to meet requirements.

Working closely with sales and engineering teams, you will support product selection, system applications, and technical troubleshooting to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable products and technical solutions based on their application requirements.
• Provide application guidance, product selection advice, and system design recommendations to meet customer and project specifications.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting, commissioning, and resolving product-related issues.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions, prepare technical proposals, and support product improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, with prior experience in the pump industry being mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge of pump products and their applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, surveys, and commissioning support as required.
