Location: Tai Seng
Basic Salary: $4000 - $5000

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the Sales team and customers on instrumentation, valves and control systems.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and system solutions.
• Configure, program and test systems to meet customer application requirements.
• Prepare BOM, costing, specifications and engineering drawings for projects.
• Conduct system trials and pre-delivery testing to ensure proper system performance.
• Perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting and servicing at customer locations.
• Support product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer training.
• Develop standard application solutions and support new product launches and continuous engineering improvements.

Requirements:

• Proficienct in engineering design software and/or PLC programming.
• Knowledge of system configuration, commissioning and technical troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
