Technical Application Specialist

Full-Time | On-site Position (No Remote or Hybrid Work)

NAK Digital Solutions is looking for a technically minded, organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Managed Services team.

The role focuses on the operation, management and continuous improvement of specialized software platforms used in large-scale projects in Greece and abroad.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with technology, learning new applications, understanding how systems work and taking responsibility for their daily operations.

Previous experience in Digital Signage is not required. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn, manage and operate specialized software platforms.
• Manage digital content, schedules, system configurations and operational data.
• Monitor platform operations and identify technical issues or inconsistencies.
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting and investigate problems.
• Maintain organized platform structures, accurate records and technical documentation.
• Prepare, analyze and validate operational reports using Excel.
• Identify missing information, unclear instructions and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams, customers and software providers.
• Gradually take ownership of assigned applications and their daily operations.

Required Skills

• Educational background in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field, or equivalent practical technical knowledge.
• Good understanding of Windows, Android and software applications.
• Basic understanding of computer networking.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables and data validation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in software application support or technical operations.
• Experience with CMS platforms or other software management systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query or Power BI.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote management tools.
• Experience in technical documentation or process improvement.
