Job Description :

We are looking for a Technical Application Support professional with experience in trading applications, capable of managing production environments, troubleshooting real-time issues, and ensuring seamless application performance across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Required Skills :

• Handle day-to-day application operations and monitoring.

• Respond to and troubleshoot real-time production issues with RCA.

• Understand full trade lifecycle (order management, execution, clearing, settlement).

• Act as first point of contact for traders and vendors.

• Perform routine troubleshooting and support across platforms.

• Manage application deployments, upgrades, and UAT support.

• Conduct performance tuning and interface testing.

• Coordinate with Network, Infra, and System Admin teams.

• Collaborate with business users and provide regular reporting.

• Implement workarounds and escalate issues when required.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.

• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React JS.

• Understanding of DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible.

• Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting tools.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

• Good knowledge of Oracle databases.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
