Technical Architect (Cloud Contact Center ) | BDS Poland

Description & Requirements Who we are looking for 🎯 We are looking for a Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of cloud contact center solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining end-to-end architectures, integration patterns, and scalable solutions across CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect or Genesys .

You will guide development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate closely with business architects and delivery managers to deliver secure, and high-performing solutions in international projects. What you bring:

• 3-5 years of experience in contact center technologies and solution architecture
• Expertise in CCaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, or similar)
• Knowledge of WFM, ticketing systems, and AI integrations
• Strong understanding of cloud services , preferably AWS
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines)
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent English language skills are a must!

• Designend-to-endCCaaSarchitectures, including integrations with WFM, ticketing systems, CRM, and AI components
• Defineintegration patternsand scalable solutions across cloud contact center platforms
• Providetechnical leadershipand guidance to development teams
• Ensure solutions meetsecurity, performance, and scalability standards
• Conductcode reviewsand oversee infrastructure-as-code deployments (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Collaborate withbusiness architects, delivery managers, and stakeholdersto align technical solutions with business requirements
