6-month contract opportunity Support customer programmes across the EMEA region Work on Blue Yonder Warehouse Management implementation projects Exposure to enterprise WMS implementation, integration and upgrade programmes Opportunity to work across consulting, support and cloud services teams Independently handle Blue Yonder Warehouse Management implementation activities Provide solutions to technical and functional issues Install and configure Blue Yonder Warehouse Management products Review application and integration designs Recommend technical and integration best practices Coordinate between Consulting, Support and Cloud Services teams Support customer onboarding and product upgrades Assess existing application environments for upgrade readiness Support incident resolution for assigned customers Drive knowledge transfer and transition plans Maintain quality and relevant content in the Knowledgebase Support service improvement initiatives Follow priority-based incident management according to impact and urgency Ensure Incident Management processes are followed effectively Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Hands-on experience installing and configuring Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Understanding of interactions between Blue Yonder Warehouse Management modules Experience delivering Blue Yonder Warehouse Management implementations At least one or two full-cycle implementation experiences Strong product knowledge across multiple Blue Yonder Warehouse Management areas Experience reviewing integration designs and recommending best practices Ability to assess existing application setups for upgrade suitability Strong knowledge of SQL Server concepts and administration Understanding of cloud technologies and basic network terminology Experience supporting product upgrades and patch updates Ability to understand and configure solutions around client business processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with defect management tools is preferred Knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes is preferred We are looking for a Technical Architect with strong experience in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management to lead technical implementation activities and resolve technical and functional challenges. The role involves product installation and configuration, integration review, implementation support, upgrades, technical assessments and collaboration across consulting, support and cloud services teams. The successful candidate will have hands-on Blue Yonder Warehouse Management implementation experience, including at least one or two full-cycle implementations, along with strong SQL Server knowledge and the ability to translate technical capabilities into effective client solutions. Lead the technical implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management solutions, providing technical and functional expertise across implementation, integration, upgrades and customer support.
