Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient backend architecture for complex applications using Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop technical roadmaps and strategies for large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in software development with a focus on backend development using Python.
- Strong understanding of Mango DB and Kafka for data storage and messaging systems.
- Experience working with Grafana for monitoring application performance metrics.
