Technical Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal Architect to lead the architecture, design, and technical strategy for enterprise-grade products within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET Core, cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations, with a proven ability to build secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions for mission-critical financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product architecture and long-term technology roadmap.
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise applications for the BFSI domain.
• Lead architecture for distributed systems and microservices-based platforms.
• Drive technology selection, architecture governance, and engineering standards.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews across multiple product teams.
• Plan for system scalability, performance, security, and high availability.
• Develop cross-product platform strategies to promote reuse and consistency.
• Mentor engineering teams on architecture best practices and modern design patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Infrastructure teams to deliver robust technical solutions.
• Enable AI/ML solution integration to enhance business capabilities and customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, regulatory, and governance standards relevant to BFSI.

• Architecture governance and technology leadership

Domain Expertise

• Mandatory experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain
• Experience building enterprise applications for banking, lending, payments, wealth management, insurance, or financial platforms
• Strong understanding of secure application architecture, regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial transaction processing
• Experience integrating with payment gateways, core banking systems, or financial service platforms is highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with at least 4+ years in an Architecture role.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale SaaS or digital banking platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
