Technical Architect

About the Role

Are you a seasoned Software Architect who embraces the new era of software engineering? We are looking for an AI-Driven Technical Architect to lead our engineering architecture and pioneer AI Orchestration & Agentic workflows across our Web and Mobile development teams.

In this role, you will bridge modern Full-stack JavaScript architecture with cutting-edge AI engineering—designing resilient systems while building automated, end-to-end AI development pipelines that elevate team productivity to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, robust system architectures, database schemas, and technical solutions for modern Web and Mobile platforms.
• Code & Solution Governance: Establish high coding standards, enforce clean code principles, conduct architecture/code reviews, and guide technical refactoring.
• AI Orchestration & Automation:
• Design and manage end-to-end AI work pipelines (from task breakdown and prompt orchestration to execution, review, and iteration).
• Build reusable AI “skills” and custom tools to automate engineering workflows.
• Select suitable LLM models for specific technical tasks and optimize token consumption and operating costs.
• Technical Mentorship: Mentor, upskill, and foster an engineering culture embracing modern AI-assisted development across cross-functional teams.
• R&D & Innovation: Continuously research, benchmark, and integrate emerging frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in analyzing, designing, and architecting large-scale applications with Node.js and React .
• Deep mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript, core design patterns, clean architecture, and modern testing methodologies (Unit Test, mocking, test coverage).
• Practical experience in Agentic AI & AI Orchestration:
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot, ClaudeKit, and agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar).
• Proven capability to orchestrate multi-step AI workflows beyond basic prompting or ad-hoc chatbot queries.
• Solid understanding of modern infrastructure (Big Plus):
• Microservices, SSO, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch.
• Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, etc.).
• Cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Monitoring & observability (TimeSeries DBs, InfluxDB, Prometheus, StatsD).
• Communication: Strong professional English communication skills (written and spoken) to collaborate with international partners and stakeholders.
