Key Responsibilities
- Translate design concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
- Ensure designs from the principal/design team are accurately translated into site execution.
- Develop DD/DED and detailed working drawings.
- Develop architectural and interior detailing.
- Develop joinery and furniture detailing.
- Develop material and construction detailing.
- Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and structural drawings.
- Conduct site measurements and coordinate with site teams.
- Review and verify drawing accuracy prior to construction.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Develop and maintain drawing standards and documentation.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Revit/BIM is a plus.
