Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Technical Architect

Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid Remote)

The Opportunity

Out client are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect with a solid understanding of technical capabilities.

This is an opportunity for someone interested in building solutions with Dynamics CRM, .NET and C#, and enjoys leading workshops, shaping solution strategy, and designing scalable Microsoft business applications that solve complex business challenges.

You'll work closely with customers, stakeholders, consultants and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust, tailored Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading discovery sessions, workshops and customer conversations to understand business needs.
• Designing end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Power Platform.
• Owning technical architecture from initial concept through to delivery.
• Producing high-level and low-level solution designs.
• Acting as the technical authority on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• Guiding development teams and promoting best practice across architecture, security, integrations and solution design.
• Designing integrations with third-party platforms and enterprise systems.
• Providing technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
• Working closely with project managers, functional consultants and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions.
• Previous hands-on development experience with:
• C#, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure and Integration tools
• Proven experience operating as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect or Lead Technical Consultant.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and solution design.
• Experience designing integrations using APIs, Azure services and modern Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading customer workshops and translating requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
