About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect who can take ownership of technical architecture, collaborate closely with clients and engineering teams, and drive the design and implementation of scalable, modern Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and development, API-led integrations, headless and API-first Salesforce implementations, and enterprise application architecture. Experience with Salesforce AI and Agentic AI will be an added advantage.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond solution design and actively work with engineering teams to turn architectural concepts into reliable, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce-based solutions.
• Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement headless and API-first Salesforce architectures to support modern digital applications and seamless integrations.
• Lead Salesforce development, customization, configuration, and platform optimization.
• Define API strategies and integration patterns using REST, SOAP, event-driven architecture, and middleware platforms.
• Design and oversee enterprise integrations between Salesforce and external applications, services, and data platforms.
• Evaluate and implement modern application architecture principles, including scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Explore and implement Salesforce AI capabilities, Agentforce, and Agentic AI solutions where applicable.
• Establish architectural standards, development best practices, and technical governance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout implementation, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvements in solution quality.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
• Proven experience designing and implementing APIs, integrations, and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong understanding of Headless Salesforce, API-first architecture, and composable application design.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, middleware, and third-party systems.
• Good understanding of system design, microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, performance optimization, and deployment strategies.
• Experience leading technical discussions, making architecture decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance architectural vision with hands-on technical implementation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or other Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, LLM-powered applications, AI agents, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (CTA).
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation or digital modernization projects.

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per month
