Role Summary Provides hands-on architecture leadership while remaining close to engineering delivery. The role translates product and business needs into maintainable technical designs, guides implementation decisions, reviews complex solutions, and helps engineering teams resolve cross-system risks and technical issues.

Key Responsibilities- Define and evolve application, service, integration, and platform architecture for assigned capabilities.

• Translate product requirements and operational constraints into scalable, secure, supportable technical designs.
• Provide technical direction across front-end, back-end, full-stack, integration, quality, cloud, and platform work.
• Review designs, code, pull requests, implementation plans, and technical documentation for quality and architectural alignment.
• Troubleshoot complex issues spanning user interfaces, APIs, services, databases, messaging, authentication, external systems, and cloud environments.
• Identify architectural, security, operational, performance, and technical-debt risks and provide clear recommendations.
• Coach engineers and help establish reusable engineering, quality, observability, and delivery practices. Core Capabilities- Strong architecture and technical troubleshooting capability in enterprise software environments.
• Experience with modern web applications, REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, source control, release management, application security, monitoring, and telemetry.
• Ability to operate independently on complex or ambiguous technical problems and coordinate multiple contributors.
• Strong communication with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Qualifications- 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience in software engineering, solution architecture, application architecture, or a related technical role. Strong technical depth and ownership of complex design decisions matter more than tenure.
• College degree, diploma, or equivalent post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to design solutions across services, APIs, integrations, data, and cloud, and explain trade-offs in security, scalability, reliability, supportability, and performance. Hands-on engineering and troubleshooting are expected.
