Technical Architectural Engineer

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Architectural Engineer with strong experience in hospitality fit-out projects , joinery detailing, and FF&E coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 7–10 years of experience in architectural fit-out projects.
• Proven experience in hotel and hospitality projects (mandatory) .
• Strong expertise in joinery shop drawings, detailing, and material specifications.
• Hands-on experience in FF&E coordination and procurement.
• Excellent coordination skills with design, MEP, suppliers, and site teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design software.
• Experience in 4- and 5-star hotel projects is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural and joinery shop drawings.
• Manage FF&E technical coordination, specifications, and procurement requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure technical submissions and site execution comply with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
