This includes major and minor CAPEX projects—such as extensions, redevelopments, and renovations—from concept through to completion. Acting as the primary technical point of contact, the role ensures compliance, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment while collaborating closely with in-house development, investment, and asset management teams, as well as external partners.

- Oversee permitting strategies, design coordination, cost planning, and construction processes.
- Prepare and approve budgets; monitor costs and implement corrective measures where necessary.
- Conduct feasibility studies, technical risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business plans, financial evaluations, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including authorities, contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Support rapid implementation of new operations (e.g., site set-up and onboarding readiness).
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.
- Apply best practice in processes, reporting, and documentation flow.
Your profile
- A hands-on attitude combined with a strong business mindset.
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

- High level of independence, teamwork skills and willingness to travel.
