1. Architectural Drafter

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficient in CAD Software, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of building by-laws, UBBL, Bomba requirement in producing submission drawings.
• Able to prepare detailed construction details drawings, submission drawings, and documentation.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

2. Project Architect

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of design development, authority submissions, and contract administration.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and presentation software.
• Able to liason with authority , client & other consultants throughout project stages.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

3. Green Specialist

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in preparing and submitting green building reports.
• Strong working knowledge of GreenRE and GBI rating tools and their technical requirements.
• Able to independently prepare complete green building reports and coordinate with consultants to obtain the necessary supporting documents.
• Experience conducting site assessments, collating evidence, and responding to certification body queries
• Degree in Architecture, Building, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (advantageous)
