Technical Assistant (Building Works)

Job Duties:

• Assist the repair and maintenance work of property
• Prepare and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programme

Requirements:

• In possession of a Diploma / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with good co-ordination and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed for application
• Working Location: Wong Tai Sin
