What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and maintain data accuracy in drilling and well engineering databases.
- Perform routine data cleaning and implement quality control measures.
- Support work requests and programs for drilling and well service operations.
- Enter, organize, and prepare data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with performance improvement engineers to streamline processes and develop Power BI solutions.
- Ensure Power BI reports align with analytical requirements.
- Provide technical assistance and dedicated support to drilling and well engineering teams.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and encourage cross-functional learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with drilling and well engineering databases.
- At least 5 years’ experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
- Strong skills in MS365, SharePoint, Office tools, PDF, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced) and Power BI.
- Experience in process improvement or automation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Good command of English and coordination skills.
