Technical Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1. Directly supervise and coordinate the work of 2 Draftsmen - assigning drawing tasks, reviewing output for accuracy, and ensuring deadlines are met.
2. Provide technical and administrative support to the Technical Management Group.
3. Prepare and maintain milestone dashboards to track overall project/handover status against the target schedule.

Basic Requirements

1. Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related course.
2. Prior experience supervising or leading a small drafting team is an advantage, given this role directly supervises 2 Draftsmen.
3. At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or architectural/engineering support work (fresh graduates with strong qualifications may be considered).
4. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or other design/drafting software is an advantage.
