About the role
Technical Assistant to support the Cebu branch in both technical and sales-related activities. The successful candidate will assist customers with product inquiries, provide technical recommendations, support sales initiatives, and coordinate after-sales concerns to ensure excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in promoting and selling company products and services
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Handle inquiries, after-sales service coordination
- Prepare reports and assist in branch operational activities
- Support business development and customer engagement efforts
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC License required)
- Sales experience or sales exposure (technical sales experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to travel when required
