About the role
A technical role focused on preparing, modifying, and updating construction drawings and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to read and understand construction, architectural, structural, or M&E drawings
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Technical (Construction) is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Revit / BIM software is an added advantage
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, modify, and update 2D technical and construction drawings using AutoCAD
- Assist engineers, architects, and project teams with drafting and technical documentation
- Prepare detailed drawings based on site requirements, design specifications, and instructions from the technical team
- Review drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
- Make revisions and amendments to drawings as required
- Assist with preparing as-built drawings and maintaining drawing records
- Coordinate with site teams to obtain necessary measurements, information, and technical details
- Perform other technical and construction-related duties as assigned
