What they need
Job Description We are looking for a Technical Assistant to support construction activities for residential and commercial building projects.
Qualification : B-Tech/ B.E Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Basic Technical Knowledge:
- Building construction and RCC works
- Reinforcement, shuttering, concrete and masonry works
- Reading architectural and structural drawings
- Basic estimation and quantity calculation
- AutoCAD and basic drawing preparation
- Building permit procedures and approval process
- Site measurements and daily progress reporting
- Construction materials and quality control
- Basic MS Excel and MS Word
- Basic construction safety practices
Key Skills:
- Good communication and coordination
- Willingness to learn
- Good observation and documentation skills
- Ability to work with engineers, contractors and site teams
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
