What You'll Be Doing

• Site Commissioning, Testing & Troubleshooting - Support the team in on-site installation, commissioning, performance testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting of gas-phase filtration and air purification systems. Assist in preparing commissioning reports and recording test results.
• Laboratory Testing & Product Evaluation - Assist with laboratory testing, sample preparation, product evaluation and data recording. Support basic data analysis to evaluate product performance and support technical development.
• Service, Maintenance & Customer Support - Support the service team with site inspections, preventive maintenance, filter performance checks and basic troubleshooting. Support customer visits, site surveys, and technical discussions as required. Assist in preparing service reports and other technical documentation.
• Technical Sales & Project Support - Provide technical support for service-related sales activities, including technical proposals and project follow-up. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, customers, and internal teams to support project execution and resolve technical matters.

What You'll Need

Must Have

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to travel and stay on site when required.
• Willing to be based in Bandar Teknologi, Kajang.
