Technical Assistant (Lahore)

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the installation and configuration of home automation devices.

* Provide technical assistance during site visits and project installations.

* Troubleshoot issues related to smart switches, sensors, lighting, curtains, Smart Door Locks

* Perform testing and commissioning of automation systems.

* Provide basic technical guidance and after-sales support to customers.

* Maintain proper records of installations, service visits, and technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Diploma/Certificate in Electrical or Electronics.

* Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, networking, and electronic equipment.

* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Basic understanding of Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and IP-based devices.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Ability to work at customer sites and travel when required.

* Fresh candidates with a strong technical background may also apply.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with Home Automation,

*Smart Home Systems,

*CCTV

*Access Control

*Networking

*KNX

*Z-Wave

*Zigbee, or similar technologies will be an advantage.
