What they need
Responsibilites:
- Lead technical activities covering product development, film formulation, raw material optimization and quality assurance.
- Develop and optimize resin and additive formulations for blown film applications.
- Investigate customer technical complaints and provide effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Work closely with production, quality and R&D teams to improve film performance, process stability and product cost.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Hands-on experience in polymer formulation, extrusion and flexible packaging troubleshooting.
- Strong technical analysis, problem-solving and product development capabilities.
