Technical Assistant (Taguig City)

The TECHNICAL ASSISTANT is in charge of the estate services and several individual properties under land banking and is responsible for:

• The day-to-day operation and maintenance of the estate
• Assist in planning, mounting and monitoring of estate sponsored activities and events / approval and monitoring of activities by locators or external parties
• Supervision of and/or coordination with security group for the security of the estate
• Supervision and/or coordination with the development control team for the construction activities within the estate. Sees to it that all technical concern of the township is properly addressed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of real-estate experience handling operations (either planning, construction, property management, or leasing)

• Exposure in major developments (at least 40,000 in GFA for buildings or 10 hectares in lot area) of any land-use types (residential, commercial – retail or office, institutional, industrial, mixed-use, etc), preferably high density development

• Has experience interaction with customers and external parties
