Technical Assistant/Document Controller

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates with on-the-job training or internship experience in site work
• Experience in document control or technical support is an advantage
• Familiarity with document management systems (MS Office, etc.)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers, project managers, or technical teams with daily tasks

• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and project timelines

• Support data collection, analysis, and basic technical tasks

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

• Manage the creation, review, distribution, and archiving of documents

• Maintain document control systems (manual and electronic)

• Ensure proper version control and document numbering

• Track document revisions and approvals

• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

• Retrieve documents upon request and maintain confidentiality

• Applicants must be willing to work in Roxas Triangle, Makati City (stay-out)

• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm), Saturday (8am-12nn)

• Amenable to start within September/ASAP
