Technical Associate Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Associate Consultant to bridge the gap between technology and business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuration, optimization, and ensuring successful implementation while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Deployment: Assist in the installation, integration, and initial configuration of NetWitness solutions in client environments.
• Platform Optimization: Tune and customize the NetWitness platform (SIEM, NDR, EDR and SOAR) to minimize false positives and maximize threat visibility.
• Incident Management & Threat Detection: Monitor network operations, analyze security events, and assist clients in identifying malicious activity.
• Consulting & Client Engagement: Conduct technical workshops, health checks, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower customer security teams.
• Documentation: Create documents of Netwitness solution implemented in client environments and Knowledge base documents for self and team enhancements.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Skills

• Operating Systems: Good knowledge and Experience with the Linux and Windows Operating Systems
• Cyber Security Platforms: Good knowledge and Experience with SIEM and any other solutions such as NDR, EDR, SOAR platforms. Netwitness product certifications will be highly evaluated
• Knowledge of IT and Networking Systems: A good knowledge of the most common IT and networking technologies is crucial
• Incident Response: Familiarity with incident response procedures and methodologies
• Threat Intelligence: Good understanding of current cyber threats and attack vectors
• Security Technologies: Deep knowledge of various security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security solutions
• Outsourcing Experience: Extensive experience in customers/clients facing role, providing advice and counsel on cybersecurity strategies and vulnerability risks
• Cloud Security: Knowledge of on premise and cloud security principles and technologies
• Soft Skills: Direct customer interaction and conflict management as well as presentation skills and team working

Nice-to-haves:

• Relevant certifications in technology or consulting (e.g., CEH, CCNA, Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent)
• Programming Skills: Experience in programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Shell etc.
• Experience working with clients in India/APJ region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience of about 3 years in Technical consulting, System Administration, Systems Analyst, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with solution deployments, Integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with diverse teams
